Free Shipping

Free shipping offers (where indicated) apply to orders with a shipping address in the lower 48 states only. 

Shipping Charges

If a product doesn't have a Free Shipping label, then shipping will be charged at checkout. A handling charge of $5 to $15, depending on the products and the amount of the order, is included.

Please note that our shipping software isn't always accurate, especially when ordering multiples of the same item or very heavy items. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will issue you a refund for the difference. If you are undercharged, then you got a great deal!

International Orders

We do not ship internationally.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. When we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is available for shipment within the specified time frame.

If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email or phone and void the pre-authorization if you so desire. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within the following time frame according to brand, from the date of your order:

Lightning Lap: 1-2 business days
Crystalite: 2-5 business days
Gemini: 5-15 business days
Covington Engineering: 1-5 business days
CabKing, Hi-Tech Diamond, Inland and Tumble-Bee: 1-5 business days

Please keep in mind that processing times may be a little longer during holiday periods. Shipments can also be delayed due to supply-chain issues with our manufacturers. We will inform you if there is any significant delay expected.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@lapidarymart.com.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@lapidarymart.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Covington Large Sphere Machine

Create beautiful spheres effortlessly with the Covington Large Sphere Machine. This heavy-duty machine is perfect for lapidary artists and hobbyists alike, capable of making spheres ranging in diameter from 1-1/4" to 9”.

The dual 1/3 hp motors ensure smooth and efficient operation, while the spring loaded cutting heads make continuous adjustment  unnecessary. The cutting angle adjustment allows for precise shaping. The angle of the cutting cups can be increased as the rough corners of the sphere grind off.

The machine comes with two 8" x 1/4" x 1" spiral polishing buffs, two grit pans and a slurry bowl. The shielded arbor shafts and bearings ensure long-lasting durability and reliability.

The downward slant of the shafts run the sphere in a bath of grit, eliminating the need to constantly dab grit on with a brush and causing the grit slurry to run away from the bearings, making the polishing process a breeze.

The Covington Large Sphere Machine comes with a choice of one pair of cutter cups* and a large metal cabinet with a shelf for convenient storage. The machine and cabinet are powder coated for durability and rust resistance, ensuring it will look great for years to come.
