Free shipping offers (where indicated) apply to orders with a shipping address in the lower 48 states only. 

Shipping Charges

If a product doesn't have a Free Shipping label, then shipping will be charged at checkout. A handling charge of $5 to $15, depending on the products and the amount of the order, is included.

Please note that our shipping software isn't always accurate, especially when ordering multiples of the same item or very heavy items. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will issue you a refund for the difference. If you are undercharged, then you got a great deal!

International Orders

We do not ship internationally.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. When we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is available for shipment within the specified time frame.

If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email or phone and void the pre-authorization if you so desire. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within the following time frame according to brand, from the date of your order:

Lightning Lap: 1-2 business days
Crystalite: 2-5 business days
Gemini: 5-15 business days
Covington Engineering: 1-5 business days
CabKing, Hi-Tech Diamond, Inland and Tumble-Bee: 1-5 business days

Please keep in mind that processing times may be a little longer during holiday periods. Shipments can also be delayed due to supply-chain issues with our manufacturers. We will inform you if there is any significant delay expected.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@lapidarymart.com.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@lapidarymart.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

The Hi-Tech Diamond All-U-Need Flat Lap Machine - Rock & Mineral Model is the perfect tool for lapidary enthusiasts who demand high-quality results! This powerful machine is equipped with a heavy duty, 1/4 hp, variable speed, direct drive motor, which allows for speeds ranging between 800 rpm - 3,400 rpm. The best part? It's quiet, so you can work on your rocks and minerals without disturbing anyone else!

This flat lap machine comes with a water kit and a coolant reservoir,   which holds about a pint of water, preventing heat buildup while you work and removing dust particles so you don't inhale any harsh chemicals. That pint of water will give you 2 to 3 straight hours of work without refilling.

A splash guard is also included to keep water off you, so you don't get soaked while you work. An Allen wrench is also included for your convenience. The lightweight and rustproof, impact-resistant ABS plastic housing make this machine easy to transport and long-lasting.

The accessory kit is specially designed for grinding, smoothing and polishing rocks and minerals. (If you plan on polishing glass and/or crystal, we suggest purchasing the All-U-Need Glass & Crystal model.)

The kit includes a 180 grit, electroplated diamond lap, a 325 grit, brown diamond smoothing disc, a 600 grit, red diamond smoothing disc, a 1,200 grit, blue diamond smoothing disc, a Tech-11 polishing pad, a 2-gram 14,000 grit diamond paste syringe, and 4 acrylic backing plates.

This rock & mineral accessory kit allows you to work right out of the box. The grinding and polishing process makes easy work of finishing quartz, agate, jasper, tourmaline, corundum, opal and a large variety of natural and synthetic gem material. This kit also works well with metals and enamels.
