Free shipping offers (where indicated) apply to orders with a shipping address in the lower 48 states only. 

Shipping Charges

If a product doesn't have a Free Shipping label, then shipping will be charged at checkout. A handling charge of $5 to $15, depending on the products and the amount of the order, is included.

Please note that our shipping software isn't always accurate, especially when ordering multiples of the same item or very heavy items. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will issue you a refund for the difference. If you are undercharged, then you got a great deal!

International Orders

We do not ship internationally.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. When we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is available for shipment within the specified time frame.

If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email or phone and void the pre-authorization if you so desire. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within the following time frame according to brand, from the date of your order:

Lightning Lap: 1-2 business days
Crystalite: 2-5 business days
Gemini: 5-15 business days
Covington Engineering: 1-5 business days
CabKing, Hi-Tech Diamond, Inland and Tumble-Bee: 1-5 business days

Please keep in mind that processing times may be a little longer during holiday periods. Shipments can also be delayed due to supply-chain issues with our manufacturers. We will inform you if there is any significant delay expected.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@lapidarymart.com.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@lapidarymart.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

The Covington Variable Speed Grinder Polisher is a powerful and customizable tool for your grinding and polishing needs. With a 1" x 18" shaft, this machine accepts 6" and 8" wheels, as well as 8" expandable drums and 8" aluminum heads with both left and right hand 1"-14 threading.

This machine comes with a 1/2 hp high-torque motor. The heavy-duty ball bearings are neoprene sealed and greased for life, ensuring smooth and efficient operation for years to come. The speed control allows changes from 800 rpm to 1725 rpm, giving you complete control over the speed of your grinding and polishing.

The powder-coated cast aluminum arbor provides a sturdy and durable construction that can withstand the demands of heavy use.

The water valves and drains make it easy to keep your wheels and workpiece lubricated. The water valves takes 1/4" OD plastic tubing for gravity water flow or 1/4" copper tubing for pressure systems. Spray nozzles under the hood wet the entire wheel face.

The aluminum-topped Lam-I-Cushion Base provides a stable platform for your work, reducing vibration. The instructions included make it easy to set up and use, even for beginners.
